- This acquisition is for nonpersonal services to provide all personnel, supervision, and any items necessary to perform full food service for three (3) dining facilities, one (1) central preparation kitchen and one (1) flight kitchen located at Keesler AFB, MS all in strict accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The proposed period of performance is 1 Oct 12 - 30 Sep 13 with four one-year option periods, the total period of performance will not exceed 66 months. The acquisition will be 100% set aside for Small Business with allowance for the State Licensing Agency (SLA) under the Randolph-Sheppard Act to submit a proposal. The North American Industry Classification System code for this acquisition is 722310 and the applicable small business size standard is $35.5M. The tentative solicitation issue date is 18 April 2012, and will be available via http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Any interested party unable to access and download the solicitation may contact the contract specialist for instructions. Copies of the solicitation are not available for mailing. All responsible Small Business sources and SLA may submit a proposal which shall be considered. The government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price contract as a result of the solicitation. All prospective offerors must be registered in Central Contractor Registry prior to award with any DoD agency. Registration may be accomplished at website, http://www.ccr.gov.
