- The United States Government currently occupies 21,143 rsf of office and related-use space at 3150 Tchulahoma Road, Memphis TN under an expiring lease GS-04B-41006. The Government intends to negotiate a lease extension at this location for 21,143 rentable square feet of fully-serviced space for a 33 month term, based on economics, mission, and other factors. It has been determined that this lease extension will result in less cost to the federal government considering economics, mission, and other factors (including relocation costs). Firms who are interested in commenting regarding the government's intent to award this project under Other than Full and Open Competition or in obtaining additional information regarding the above procurement should provide their written comments to Felicia R.
