- Please reference Sources Sought Notification N62258311NEITS for previous historical information. Any additional questions provided against the pre-solicitation notice will not be answered during the pre-solicitation phase of the acquisition process. If after reviewing the solicitation when issued, your question(s) still requires an answer, you may submit your written question(s) once again along with any other question(s) you may have. During the solicitation phase, your question(s) will be answered via amendment to the solicitation. The estimated solicitation issue date is May 1, 2012. This contract will replace a contract for similar services awarded in 2007 for $149,034,449.00, Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract number N00178-06-D-4852-EJP1. Estimated maximum value of the contract and contract type is unknown at this time and will be released at time of RFP. Information about the current contract and the incumbent contractor (e.g., value of lat option exercised, firm name, address etc.) will be included in the solicitation package. Requests under the Freedom of Information Act are not required for this information. Solicitation will utilize source selection. Interested parties can register https://www.fbo.gov/ Offerors can view and/or download the solicitation, and any attachments, at https://www.neco.navy.mil/ and https://www.fbo.gov/when it becomes available. Place of performance will be NAVFAC Information Technology Center (NITC) located at Naval Base Ventura County Port Hueneme CA 93041, and possibly other military installations located both inside the continental United States, and outside the continental United States
