- Coastal Community Adaptation Program (C-CAP) Draft Statement of Work for Comment USAID/Philippines would like to seek from interested parties to submit questions and/or comments on the attached draft statement of work (SOW) for "The Coastal Community Adaptation Program (C-CAP)" which is to build the resiliency of vulnerable coastal communities in the Pacific region to withstand more intense and frequent weather events and ecosystem degradation in the short-term, and sea level rise in the long-term. The draft statement of work (SOW) will be for upcoming full and open competition under geographic code 937. A cost reimbursement contract is anticipated with a total estimated cost of up to $24 million over 5 years. Please note that this is not a request for proposal and does not obligate USAID/Philippines to pay for any costs that may be incurred by interested parties in the preparation and submission of comments in response to this special notice. Responses to this notice will not be published. Questions and/or comments are welcome from March 20, 2012 through April 6, 2012 at 5:00pm, Manila, Philippines local time.
