- SYNOPSIS General Information Document Type: P - Presolicitation Notice Solicitation Number: HSBP1012Q0045 Posted Date: March 12, 2012 Response Date: March 17, 2012 Archive Date: March 20, 2012 Classification Code: R699 Temporary Support Services NAICS Code: 561320 Set Aside: Total Small Business Contracting Office Address DHS - U.S. Customs & Border Protection, Office of Procurement, 1330 Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W. Room 910, NP, Washington, DC 20229 Description The CBP Office of Administration, Financial Operations (FinOps) located in Indianapolis, IN. intends to issue a competitive Single-Award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) against a General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Service (FSS) contract. The overall period of performance will be for a period of five years. The contractor services required for the Revenue Division (RD) include bond processing, Electronic Cash Register Systems (ECS) support, Continued Dumping and Subsidy Offset Act (CDSOA) support, collection of user fees for Decal and Transponder Online Procurement System (DTOPS), collections and refunds, other Treasury initiatives. Offerors must submit a copy of their GSA Authorized Federal Supply Schedule Catalog and Price List with their proposal. The term of the BPA will be for a period of five (5) years or at the end of the offerors' FSS contract period, whichever is earlier. This solicitation (RFQ) is a set-aside for SMALL BUSINESSES ONLY. It is anticipated that the solicitation number HSBP1012Q0045 will be issued on or about March 26, 2011. The solicitation will be distributed through fedbizopps, web site: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Fedbizopps provides downloading instructions. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be issued. Therefore telephone, written or email requests for a hard copy of the solicitation will not be accepted. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments will be issued solely through fedbizopps.
