- This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract for one (1) year with four (4) options years for the procurement of services to support IMT Services for Submarine Maintenance, Engineering, Planning and Procurement (SUBMEPP). The requirement is to provide a) system maintenance, b) system development and enhancements for improved Navy Enterprise integration and reduced total ownership costs, c) Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) and Functional Area Managers (FAM) programmatic and technical support, and d) onsite operational support for SUBMEPP IT systems.
