Description

Description of action Notice of Intent Leased Space for the U.S. Federal Government Langhorne, Pennsylvania Requirement: The Federal Government intends to enter into a lease renewal for a period of a 2 years non-firm term for approximately 2,829 BOMA rentable square feet (RSF) of office and related space. The Government presently occupies 2,829 RSF at 2300 Lincoln Highway, Langhorne, Pennsylvania which expires June 30, 2012 under GSA lease number GS-03B-02337. The Government has determined for mission-related and economic reasons that it is advantageous to renew its current lease to allow enough time to complete the competitive process for a long term requirement. Unique Requirements: — Cost to relocate office and equipment for the short term — Location must provide adequate elevation for agency to complete its mission — Occupancy date of July 1, 2012 Delineated Area: Bucks-Montgomery County, Pennsylvania Lease Term/Occupancy: Two (2) years, with termination rights. Occupancy by July 1, 2012. Expressions of interest must be received no later than March 30, 2012 and include the following: 1) Building Name and Address, 2) BOMA Office Area Square Feet and BOMA Office Area Rate Per Square Foot.
