Description

Questionnaire RFI Details The United States Coast Guard (USCG), Command, Control and Communications Engineering Center (C3CEN), 4000 Coast Guard Blvd., Portsmouth, Virginia, as a member of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), invites industry to respond to this Request for Information (RFI). This RFI is not a request for competitive proposals. This RFI does not constitute a commitment, implied or otherwise, that the USCG will take procurement action in this matter. Further, neither the USCG nor the Government will be responsible for any cost incurred in furnishing this information. Responses to this notice are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The intent of this request is to survey the commercial market and determine the availability of a Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) technical refresh kit and may be utilized to help the Government further define its requirements for the AN/SPS-73 surface search radar system as per Table 1. Please refer to Attch #1 RFI Details for more information. Respondees in addition to providing information required by this RFI will be required to complete Attach #2 Questionnaire with their submission which accommpanies this notice.
