- Description
- The U.S. Geological Survey intends to award a fixed-price contract to GeoCue Corporation on a non-competitive basis for the purchase of TerraModeler, TerraScan, and TerraMatch software licenses and maintenance. This award is made under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), only one source reasonably available. GeoCue is the only authorized provider of TerraSolid software in the U.S. These licenses and maintenance are necessary to support the TerraSolid software that was purchased in 2010. The Government intends to award this contract with four option years to maintain continuity of service. The value of the contract for the base year and four option years is estimated to be $15,500.00.
