Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract for a guaranteed minimum quantity of 303 each with an estimated annual demand of 1212, and a maximum annual Contract of 2424 each. End Item Application: Helicopter, H1 All Versions. This item is a Part Number with one source: Barry Wright Corporation Cage: 81860 P/N 90950-8/02. Item is a commercial off-the-shelf item. Solicitation is unrestrictive, Other Than Full and Open competitive basis. FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance Origin. Required delivery is 130 days ARO. It is not a Critical Safety Item. Automated Best Value Systems (ABVS) applies. Solicitation closing date is April 19, 2012.
