- Description
- The Export-Import Bank of the U.S. (ExIm Bank) has a requirement for one year memberships to Fitness Gyms for the ExIm Bank employees. To procure these memberships, the ExIm Bank intends to award on a competitive basis, (using simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13 and commercial buy procedures of FAR Part 12), multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) against BPA EXIM-12-A-0002. Because geographic proximity to ExIm Bank offices will be a key selection criterion, awards under this BPA are unrestricted as to business size. BPA awards shall not exceed $100,000 each per annum. The majority of ExIm Bank employees are located in geographically dispersed regional offices. More than one award may be made per ExIm Bank office location. This BPA incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circulars 2005-56 and 2005-57. The solicitation package will include a copy of the BPA and contain instructions for responding to receive consideration for BPA award. The solicitation will be issued on or about March 23, 2012, and will close on or about June 30, 2012, 12:00 PM (EDST). Offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation (BPA), all of its supporting documents, and any applicable amendments posted on Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) at http://www.fbo.gov. Amendments may be posted to FedBizOpps until the response due date. Electronic submissions will be accepted. No information concerning this solicitation or requests for clarification will be provided in response to telephone calls. All inquiries will be answered and provided to poetntial offerors via e-mail at roderic.collins@exim.gov and via amendment to the solicitation (BPA).
