- SF 330 PART II This is a SOURCES SOUGHT notice for Architectural and Engineering Services. The Bureau of Engraving and Printing is issuing a Sources Sought Notice to determine if there are any Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and/or HubZone that can provide Architectural and Engineering to design a Digital Addressable Fire System to replace the Existing Analog Fire System. The A/E Contractor shall provide the following design services: • Prepare design of an Addressable Fire System that shall be in accordance with the latest addressable fire system codes and standards.. • Prepare a Cost Estimate identifying in detail cost for all Direct Material Cost, Indirect Material Cost, Direct Labor Costs, Indirect Labor Cost, and administrative expenses for a turnkey installation of an Addressable Fire System for the Western Currency Facility. • Prepare construction drawings and specifications of the design to be competitively bided by construction contractors. This Sources-Sought/Request for Information (RFI) is for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a Request for Proposal or as an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire follow-on acquisitions. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this RFI, or otherwise pay for the information requested. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of submission of responses to this RFI and Government use of such information. Please submit a copy of SF 330 PART II with appropriate documentation by close of business (COB) April 5, 2012. A short supplemental Word Document under 10 pages of your capabilities will be permitted.
