- Fleet Logistics Center, San Diego Regional contracts Department anticipates procuring a non-commercial supply, under FAR Part 13. Contracting Office anticipates award a firm fixed price purchase order on or around April 05, 2012, with a delivery of 6-8 weeks under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). Supply shall be sent to Naval Air Station, North Island; San Diego, CA 92135. TECHNICAL QUESTIONS ARE TO BE SUBMITTED VIA E-MAIL RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 2:00 P.M. (PST) On March 29, 2012. The NAICS code is 336413. This is a 100% Small Business set-aside.
