- The purpose for this modification is to change the model number from 1502B21FGKPSIS to 1502B21FG5KPSIS. All other items in this sources sought remain unchanged. This is a sources sought synopsis for written information only. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. This is not a solicitation announcement for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. It is merely a market research tool being used to determine the availability and adequacy of potential business sources prior to determining the method of acquisition. IT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A SOLICITATION AND SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT. THOSE INTERESTED FIRMS MUST INDICATE WHETHER THEY ARE A LARGE, SMALL, SMALL DISADVANTED, 8(A) OR WOMEN OWNED BUSINESS AND WHETHER THEY ARE LOCATED IN U.S. OR FOREIGN OWNED. The Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC), 412 Test Engineering Group (TENG), Edwards AFB CA is requesting for information from sources with a demonstrated capability, expertise and experience for a contract to provide brand name or equal compatible hardware product meeting the minimum salient characteristics as listed below: Item: Pressure Transducer- QTY 62 each Model: 1502B21FG5KPSIS Manufacturer: PCB Piezotronics, Inc. SPECIFICATIONS: PRESSURE TRANSDUCER, 5k PSI = 10 V output, 0.25% accuracy, 7/16"-20 male, 6-pin bayonet, sealed at atmospheric conditions, supply voltage 11.5 to 30 VDC, supply voltage sensitivity < ± 0.01% FS / VDC, current consumption 6 mA, minimum load resistance 5000 ohm, span and zero tolerance <= +/-1.0% FS, typical resolution <=0.01% FS, response time <= 1ms, long term drift <= +/- 0.1 % FS/year, proof pressure 2x, burst pressure 5x, operating temp -40 to +260 F, thermal error <=+/- 2% FS, compensated temp range -5 to +180 F, acceleration sensitivity <= +/- 0.03% FS/g, vibration rating 35 g peak sinusoidal (5 to 2000 Hz), mechanical shock limit IEC 60068-2-32 #1 free-fall, fatigue life >100 million cycles, wetted parts, 17-4 PH SS, housing 316/316L SS, cavity volume 0.071 to 0.0192 cubic inches, approvals CE EN50081-2 / EN50082-2.
