- This is a pre-solicitation notice. NAVSEA intends to issue solicitation N00024-12-R-4402 for execution planning and accomplishment of CNO scheduled Non Dry-docking and Dry-docking Availabilities for specific FFG 7, DDG 51, and CG 47 Class ships homeported and visiting the Pearl Harbor, Hawaii area. The requirements include execution planning, accomplishment of CNO scheduled availabilities, modernization, continuous/emergent maintenance, inter-availability planning, and assessments. A cost type contract is contemplated. The solicitation will be posted electronically under its solicitation number N00024-12-R-4402 on or about 30 April 2012 at the following websites: http://www.fbo.gov and http://www.neco.navy.mil. This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce On Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopses and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable.
