- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. SPM4A512R1398, NSN 2840015221713, PR 0044723747, SHROUD HP TURBINE. This is a configuration control item with one approved source of supply- General Electric (07482) Part Number- 2100M59P01, unrestricted. ABVS applies. FOB Origin. Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. This material has been determined to be an Air Force Critical Safety Item. Quantity:3068 each. Need Arrival Date is 11/30/2012. Solicitation issue date is anticipated to be 03/20/12 with a closing date of 04/04/12. The provision at 52.2112-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. The provision at 52.212-2 regarding Evaluation of Commercial Items is applicable. All offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
