- SEE ATTACHED RFQ N65236-12-Q-8015. The Government intends to award aFirm-Fixed Price contract to Monitor Dynamics/HID, under the authority of FAR6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services willsatisfy agency requirements. This action will be conducted IAW FAR PART 13. This notice is not a request forcompetitive quotes for Items other than the Brand Name Monitor Dynamics/HIDlisted in this synopsis. The Government will accept quotes from allresponsiblesources with the capability to provide the brand name cited above and willaward a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible vendor whose offerconforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to theGovernment. Prices must be submitted based on FOB Destination, which means the sellermust deliver the goods on it's conveyance at the destination specified by thebuyer, and the seller is responsible for the cost of shipping and risk of lossprior to actual delivery at 1325 10th ST, SE, Bldg 196, Washington Navy Yard,DC 20374-5070. The Government reserves the right to process theprocurement on a brand name based upon the responses received. TheGovernment will accept proposals via email to Mary Markowski atmary.markowski@navy.mil NLT 1:00pm, EST, 23 MAR 2012 or earlier.
