- RFQ GSA, FAS intends to establish a "not to exceed" twelve (12) month Standing Price Quote (SPQ) for National Stock Numbers (NSNs) 8010-01-525-3713 and 8010-01-535-2903. The SPQ period will be 3/16/2012 (or date of award) to 3/15/2013 (or twelve months from the start date). All quotes for this SPQ are to be FOB Origin with a requested 30-day delivery. Clauses that apply to all GSA Heartland Supply Operations Center, open market orders apply to this SPQ. Award will be made on an item-by-item basis, and will be based on price and delivery.
