- RFQ GSA, FAS intends to establish a "not to exceed" twelve (12) month Standing Price Quote (SPQ) for National Stock Number (NSN) 8010-01-492-6895. The SPQ period will be 3/23/2012 (or date of award) to 3/22/2013 (or twelve months from the start date). All quotes for this SPQ are to be FOB Origin with a requested 30-day delivery. Clauses that apply to all GSA Heartland Supply Operations Center, open market orders apply to this SPQ. Award will be based on price and delivery.
