- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/ solicitation number is W91ZLK-12-T-0153. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 05-23. This requirement is a Total (100%) Small Business Set Aside. The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 335999 and the Business Size Standard is 500. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract. Description of Requirement: The Contractor shall provide one (1) Trimble R7 GNSS No Radio, six (6) Trimble R8 Model 3 Rover 450-470s, and six (6) Accessory packages. Items are solicited as Trimble Brand Name only. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS Accessory Package: The accessory package listed under CLIN 0003 shall include the R8/5800 Rover Kit, Base & Rover Transport Case (5800 and R8), 6" portable whip antenna 425-475MHZ, and the Trimble carbon fiber telescoping rangepole with bipod. CLIN 0001 Trimble R7 GNSS No Radio Quantity: One (1) Unit: Each Unit Price:_______ Total Amt:________ CLIN 0002 Trimble R8 Model 3 Rover 450-470 Quantity: Six (6) Unit: Each Unit Price:_______ Total Amt:________ CLIN 0003 Accessory Package Quantity: Six (6) Unit: Each Unit Price:_______ Total Amt:________ Delivery desired within approximately 30 days after date of contract. Acceptance shall be at destination. The technical evaluation will be a determination based on information furnished by the vendor. The Government is not responsible for locating or securing any information which is not identified in the offer. The Government reserves the right to make an award without discussions.
