- This is a notice of intent MICC (RC-West), Presidio of Monterey, CA to issue a solicitation for request for quotes in accordance with FAR Part 12. The requirement is for Maintenance Services for splash pad at Bradley Park, Fort Hunter Liggett, CA 93928. The contract period will consist of a base period from date of award through 12 months, and four, one-year option periods with an anticipated start date around 01 May 2012. The estimated yearly contract requirements include: preventative maintenance, inspection of all major components including piping, and play products for signs of wear or damage, maintain appearance and cleanliness. This requirement will be a competitive, firm-fixed price contract, 100% set aside for small business. This is a commercial services procurement and FAR Part 12 will be used. The solicitation and any amendments will be made available on or about 02 April 2012, and will be distributed solely through the Federal Business Opportunities website at www. Fedbizopps.gov. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code is 561790, with a small business size standard of $7 million.
