- Description: SLEEVE, CYLINDER, BRAKE Meggitt Aircraft Braking Systems (0B9R9) P/N 5003615 It is anticipated that the award will be made against an existing basic ordering agreement. A request for a copy of the RFP should be made to the Acquisition Specialist to ensure the Acquisition Specialist is aware of interest in the solicitation. This is a Critical Application Item with configuration control. This is for a firm fixed price delivery order. Required quantity is 2300 each. FOB Origin with inspection and acceptance at origin. Quantity variance is zero. The NSN is 1630-01-223-5354, PR 0044174204. Delivery requirement is 500 units in 29 weeks, 500 per week in 35 weeks and 500 per week every six weeks until completed. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are NOT available at DSCR. This solicitation is subject to the World Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. ORCA ELECTRONIC ANNUAL FAR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS SHALL BE COMPLETED AT http://orca.bpn.gov, FAR Provision 52.204-8 is included in the solicitation. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
