- A Request for Proposal(RFP) will be issued on an unrestricted basis with Other than Full and Open Competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Unrestricted Procurement. Purchase Request 0041535643, authorizes this procurement. RFP SPM4A512R1431. Contract type is a Firm-Fixed Price type contract. This item is currently sole source to Unison Industries CAGE 59501, NSN 2925001131811, SPARK GAP, EXCITER, in accordance with P/N 10-383272. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This solicitation is for a total quantity of 311 EA. The solicitation terms include FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance Destination. The delivery requested is 100 days. This requirement is for DLA Direct.
