- PLEASE SEND ALL QUOTES TO mary.k.lewis1@navy.mil. The Space and NavalWarfare Center, Atlantic Charleston, SC code 2232 has a requirement for Ku- Band Stablized Antenna System manufactured by SEA TEL. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 334220, Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract on a SEA TEL product listed below under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements SEA TEL IS LOCATED AT 4030 NELSON AVE, CONCORD CA 94520. SEA TEL is the sole manufacturer and hold proprietary rights. Award is anticipated by COB 26 MAR 2012. Contract is to be FOB DESTINATION shipped to SPAWAR ATLANTIC, RECEIVING OFFICER, 1008 TRIDENT STREET HANAHAN, SC 29410. The contract line item number (CLIN) and description for this procurement are:*** PLEASE SEE ATTACHED: DOCUMENT 12-Q-4668**This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotes for items other than the brand name SEA TEL equipment listed in this synopsis***The Government will accept quotes from all responsible sources with the capability to provide the products to the brand name cited above and will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible vendor whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Quotes are due to Katherine Lewis, Business Specialist, SPAWARSYSCEN, Atlantic by 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, 26 MARCH 2012. The Government reserves the right to process the procurement on a Brand Name based upon the responses received. The Government will not pay for any information received.
