- DESCRIPTION: The VA Nebraska Western Iowa Health Care System intends to solicit a commercial (FAR Part 12) competitive small business set-aside requirement for inspection and certification of the Laminar Flow Hoods, Laminar Work Benches, Chemical Fume Hoods, and Biological Safety Cabinets for the Omaha VA Medical Center. This is notice of intent solicit competition to the maximum extent practicable for this service. More detailed information will be found in the solicitation document to include a detailed scope of work and price schedule. The anticipated release date of the solicitation is March 20, 2012 with a quote due by March 23, 2012. Contractor to provide all tools, parts, transportation and labor to provide inspection and certification of the Laminar Flow Hoods, Laminar Work Benches, Chemical Fume Hoods, and Biological Safety Cabinets to the Omaha VA Medical Center: All quotes received by 9 A.M. Central Time, March 23, 2012, will be considered by the Government.
