- AAC/PKOB, Eglin AFB, FL, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for four (4) Hardware Base Expansion Units, Unit Model-BEU700, to L-3 Communications Corporation under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). This requirement is for: CLIN 0001: (4 EACH) HARDWARE, BASE EXPANSION UNIT MODEL BEU700. INCLUDES SHIPPING. The delivery date will be six (6) months after receipt of order. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 334310 with a small business size standard of 750. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the government will consider all responses received within 15 days of publication. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
