- Description
- The purpose of this is announcement is two part. First, interested parties are invited to submit a capabilities statement in response to the RFI. All responses should be provided in writing, either as PDF or Microsoft Word compatible documents, and responses including literature shall not exceed 10 double sided pages. Second, interested parties may request an appointment to provide a demonstration of the software at the BIA location in Reston, or provide a demonstration virtually. OPPM is seeking a demonstration and input from potential commercial providers of off-the-shelf (COTS) cost modeling tools that could be used to support the Office of Planning and Performance Management's (OPPM) Cost and Performance Management Program. If the OPPM determines it has a bona fide need, it may in the future compete the requirement to supersede the legacy OROS Cost Modeler tool currently being used, but no longer supported by the vendor.
