- RFQ-AFRG-12-0001A This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation RFQ-AFRG-12-0001A is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-57. The NAICS code is 811412 and the size standard is $14.0. This is a 100% small business set aside A list of contract line item numbers can be found in Table A of the attachment. The Bureau of the Public Debt on behalf of the Armed Forces Retirement Home in Gulfport, MS (AFRG) is contracting to acquire Commercial Washer/Dryer Preventatitive Maintenance and Repair in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. Period of Performance is for one 6-month base period and two 12- month option years as follows: Base Year: Date of Award - 09/30/2012 Option Year 1: 10/01/2012 - 09/30/2013 Option year 2: 10/01/2013 - 09/30/2014 Work to be performed at AFRG.
