- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: Solicitation W911SA-12-T-0148 will be posted on or before 21 March 2012 on www.fbo.gov. MICC ICO Fort McCoy intends to issue Solicitation W911SA-12-T-0148 for Non-Personal Service to provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision and other items or services necessary to provide lodging, conference space, meals and childcare, for the dates and in the quantities as listed below within Downtown Denver, Colorado.
