- Solicitation The Nebraska National Forest intends to issue a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to award a firm-fixed price contract for Arsenic Water System Media, Manufacturer Layne Christensen - Part Number RM-24 to be delivered to the Bessey Ranger District, Nebraska. Forest Service employee will install the new Media and remove the used Media. The used Media will be return shipped and disposed properly by the vendor. The solicitation is a small business set-aside under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 221310 and the associated small business size is $7.0 million. Period of performance is 30 calendar days. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, incidentals, and perform all required work in accordance to the terms, conditions, specifications, and provisions of the proposed contract.
