- Document Destruction - SF1449 RFQ and Statment of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of any amendments or other pertinent information. This solicitation will be issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) under the solicitation number: F3A4S92012A001-0001 for the request for Document Destruction Services. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-26, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change Notice (DCN) 2008-0513, and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2008-0605. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561990, Standard Industrial Class Code (SIC) 8999, and the business size standard is $7,000,000. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small businesses IAW FAR 52.219-6. Firm fixed price quotes are requested for the following services: See attached RFQ The place of performance destination point is 3458 Neely Rd, McGuire AFB, NJ, 08641. Acceptance will be performed by the Government or a Government representative at designated government location. This is a base plus four option year contract with the first period of performance beginning 1 April 2012 through 31 September 2012. The Closing date and time for receipt of quotations is: 28 March, 2012 at 12:00pm Eastern Time. Quotes may be submitted electronically to kyle.smith.45@us.af.mil. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted IN WRITING kyle.smith.45@us.af.mil no later than 28 March, 2012 at 12:00pm Eastern Time.
