- This solicitation is for pumping, containerization, transportation, and disposal of RCRA/State Regulated and Non-Regulated Hazardous Waste Bulk Liquids for various Naval Activities in the San Diego, CA area. The offeror will be required to dispose of bulk liquids on-site but may be required to transport and dispose at other local bases or a facility on the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Disposition Services Qualified TSDF Listing. It includes and 18-month base period and 2 18-month option periods. Option prices will be evaluated prior to award. Anticipated Solicitation Release date is 30 MAR 2012.
