- DESCRIPTION: The VA Nebraska Western Iowa Health Care System intends to advertise a Request For Proposal requirement for Veteran Lodging Services at the VA Medical Center located at 2201 North Broadwell Avenue, Grand Island, NE 68803. This procurement will be issued on an unrestricted basis and allows all large and small eligible business concerns to be able to submit a proposal for this requirement. This is a pre-solicitation notice only. The solicitation will be posted on 23 March 2012. The solicitation will contain the statement of work and other pertinent documents necessary in order to submit your proposal. All quotes received by 2:00 P.M. Central Time, 23 April 2012, will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed contract was based upon market research conducted by the Contracting Officer.
