- DESCRIPTION: The VA Nebraska Western Iowa Health Care System intends to advertise a Request For Proposal requirement for Veteran Lodging Services at the VA Medical Center located at 4101 Woolworth Avenue, Omaha, NE 68105. This procurement is set aside 100% for small business concerns. All eligible small business concerns will be able to submit a quote for this requirement. This is a pre-solicitation notice only. The solicitation will be posted on 23 March 2012. The solicitation will contain the statement of work and other pertinent documents necessary in order to submit your proposal. All quotes received by 2:00 P.M. Central Time, 23 April 2012, will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed contract was based upon market research conducted by the Contracting Officer.
