- PROJECT DESCRIPTION. Work includes furnishing all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies and incidentals necessary to perform various engineering technical services including contract administration (inspector) for road & trail projects, location for new road & trails, road & trail maintenance information collection and contract preparation support services, fleet data collection, in support of the Tongass National Forest transportation program specified in Task Orders. OBTAINING A SOLICITATION. Prospective bidders are expected to obtain the solicitation from the Internet. The USDA is an equal opportunity provider and employer.
