- Project: Repair Plumbing "THIS IS A SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY" The Little Rock Job Corps Center operated by Adams and Associates located at 6900 Scott Hamilton Dr. Little Rock, AR invites interested companies to attend a mandatory Pre-Bid Conference on March 26, 2012 at 1:30 P.M. to submit proposal to provide excavation services, manpower, materials and equipment to repair and replace defective plumbing under the Wellness Center and Administration building. Remove Category 3-fluid/water in the crawl space underneath the Wellness Center to mitigate exposure to hazardous biological fluids. Remove hazardous waste to the nearest manhole or cleanout to perform the excavation and repairs. Attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference is required for acceptance of contractor proposals and contract award. Proposals are due by April 12, 2012 by 5:00 PM.
