Offers are not solicited from other small business concerns. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
