Description

Solicitation Number GS-03P-12-QA-P-0010 The General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS), Region 3, South Service Center, Baltimore Field Office intends to compete a requirement for the replacement of six (6) panes of glass at the Garmatz Federal Courthouse located at 101 W. Lombard St, Baltimore, MD. General Description of Scope of Services: The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supervision and equipment for replacing six (6) panes of glass to include installation of UV sensitive, tinted security film on all replacement windows to match the existing UV sensitive, tinted security film currently throughout the Courthouse. The applicable NAICS code is 238150, Glass and Glazing Contractors, and the small business size standard is $14 million. In accordance with 19.502-2 and 19.1405(a), the anticipated contract will be competed as a Total 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside. The anticipated contract will be procured utilizing the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable source selection procedures as described in FAR PART 15.101-2. The lowest price technically acceptable source selection process is appropriate when best value is expected to result from selection of the technically acceptable proposal with the lowest evaluated price.
