- This procurement is 8(a) competitive. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 561210 and the annual small business size standard is $35.5M dollars. Provide Facilities Support Services to include but not limited to electrical, air conditioning and mechanical, pipe fitting/plumbing, painting and carpentry maintenance and repair services at the Corpus Christi Army Depot, Corpus Christi, TX. This is a written solicitation. No telephonic inquires. The solicitation will be issued on or about 23 March 2012. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. To obtain a copy of the solicitation package, submit an email to kathy.arthurs@us.army.mil. Email must contain company name, address, point of contact name, phone number, fax number, Tax ID, CAGE code, DUNS number, and company size. The contract term will be a base period of one year and two one year option periods.
