- Description
- What: Pre-Proposal Conference for the Multimodal Transportation Requirement When: 10 Apr 12 (8:30AM to 10:30AM CDT) Where: Airlifter's Hall Conference Room (Building P40) USTRANSCOM will host the Multimodal Pre-Proposal conference on 10 April 12, from 8:30AM to 10:30AM at Scott AFB, IL in the Airlifter's Hall Conference Room. Due to the room capacity, seating is limited to two (2) individuals per carrier. Individual carrier meetings will be held as requested for potential prime contractors (CRAF/VISA carriers) and will begin at 12:30PM. If you would like to request a specific time for your individual meeting, this should be stated in your e-mail along with the attendees. We will try to accommodate all requests. Names of attendees must be submitted to Krissy Schneider ( krissy.schneider@ustranscom.mil ) and Emily Tift ( emily.tift@ustranscom.mil ) via e-mail no later than 4 April 12 in order to facilitate a base pass.
