- Description
- The Beckley VAMC, Beckley, WV is seeking the services of a certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business for work which includes, but is not limited to providing all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, supervision, alterations, mechanical and electrical necessary for the complete demolition of the existing area in order to provide a new updated and more modern locker room areas for the men's maintenance staff. The location of work will be located on the basement floor in Bldg 1 of the VAMC Beckley, WV. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 with a small business size standard of $33.5M. All work shall be completed within 270 calendar days after date of receipt of notice to proceed. This includes final inspection and clean-up. The estimated dollar amount of this procurement is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Solicitation will be posted on/about 2 April 2012. The date for bid opening will be on/about 2 May 2012. A pre-proposal/walk-through will be held on/about 10 April 2012 at the Engineering Conference Room Bldg 2, Beckley, WV. These dates are estimates.
