- Tobyhanna Army Depot, Tobyhanna, PA intends to award a sole source procurement to: Harris Corporation 1680 University Ave Rochester, NY 14610 The award will be made for the following Radio and Vehicle installation kits: P/NQTY 11080-1165-1140 11080-1165-1225 11080-7110-0110 11080-7100-0130 This procurement is being made pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) 1 and FAR Part 6.302-1, for other than full and open competition; only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Harris Corporation is the designer, manufacturer, and sole source supplier of the patented Radio and Vehicle kits. All qualified sources must respond not later than 30 March 2012, 1100 hours EST. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
