- Solicitation is for NSN 6240-00-152-2996 under PR IQC12034009018 for the item Lamp, Fluorescent. The following information applies to the NSN: Estimated NSN Guaranteed Estimated MAX Delivery Quantity Annual Qty Contract Qty Days (Base Yr Only) 6240-00-152-2996____1371______5484________54840--------72 This solicitation is to establish a Long Term contract with a base and four option periods. This is a 100% small business set-aside which requires FOB: Destination with Inspection/Acceptance: Destination. This is commercial off the shelf Item. The government has adequate data for the evaluation of alternate offers. Offerors must submit a completed copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award. The award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. "A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the same issue date cited in the solicitation.
