- COVER, BOTTOM ASSEMBLY, per drawing 11582376, Rev New, for the 105mm Cannon M20. The order quantity is 685 each with an quantity option of 115 each. Delivery will be 60 each per month. First Article Test is required. DD Form 2345 is required. (See below.) FOB is Destination. *****Estimated issue date of the solicitation: March 30, 2012.***** The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Certifications and Representations (ORCA) must be current. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. This solicitation will be issued electronically, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Upon release of the solicitation, it will be available on the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) at https://acquisition.army.mil and will be listed under ACC-Warren (ACC-WRN) (WVA). CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments that may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of offers may render your offer nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same. This solicitation incorporates a Technical Data Package (TDP) that cannot be provided via the Internet. Vendors who need this TDP in order to prepare an offer are instructed to request same by submission of an e-mail to: ronald.a.ascher.civ@mail.mil. Any said requests should contain the following information: CAGE Code (if available), Company Name, Point of Contact, Street Address, City, State, Zip Code, Telephone number. A TDP will be provided after the solicitation has been released to the Army Single Face to Industry website. The solicitation document contains information that has been designated as "Militarily Critical Technical Data." Only businesses that have been certified by the Department of Defense, United States/Canada Joint Certification Office, and have a valid requirement may have a copy of the solicitation document and technical data. All requests for these documents must include a certified copy of DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement. To obtain certification, contact Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS) at 800.352.3572 or http://www.logisticsinformationservice.dla.mil. Requests for technical data from foreign sources or representatives (other than Canada) will not be considered.
