- NASA/DFRC has a requirement for P/N: OSS-SYS-ATR-1273-003-3098, Long/Tallconvection cooled ATR with heater installed includes: dimensions: 10.625'H X 10.125'W X19.62'L, 350 watt flat pac power supply, 6U 8-slot CPCI backplane with rear I/O, P1 andP2 short tails, P3-P5 long tails, front removable I/O panel, 50,000 feet altitude rating,temperature rating -40 degrees C to +85 degrees C, and No CPU boardsNASA/DFRC intends to purchase the items from One Stop System because of the unique buildand ability to pass the required environmental testing.The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12.Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform theeffort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 4:30 p.m. local timeon 3/21/2012. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purposeof determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. Adetermination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and opencompetition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretionof the government.Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable.
