- REQUEST FOR INFORMATION - SOURCES SOUGHT BULK FUEL TOLERANCE ANALYSIS Synopsis The Defense Logistics Agency Energy, DFSP Management (DLA Energy -N) requests information concerning the availability of capable contractors to conduct an independent review and analysis of DLA Energy's bulk petroleum tolerance criteria established in DoDM 4140.25M. The scope should include the relationship and management of product tolerance criteria delineated down to the Defense Fuel Support Points (DFSPs) and worldwide level. The contractor shall benchmark DoDM 4140.25M tolerance criteria and product management standards against current commercial best practices and standards. Action DLA Energy -N encourages all interested companies to submit information, not to exceed ten pages, on these areas: 1. Process your company would expect to take to complete the study 2. Support your company may or would require from DLA Energy 3. Provide additional details your company may think is worthy of note, may wish to consider, or may require to complete the study 4. Estimate time and costs required to complete the analysis 5.
