- The Government intends to award a purchase order for the following items: Desktop Annunciator VI, P/N: 925212-1, QTY: 5; Mobile Duress Alarm Kits, P/N: 902540-2, QTY: 12; Dual Channel Video Archiving & Distribution System, P/N: C925213, QTY: 5; Duress Alarm Panic Switches, P/N: 902476-1, QTY: 35. Brand Name Manufacturer: Northrop Grumman, Required Delivery: 120 Days ARO. NOTE: THE GOVERNMENT HAS DETERMINED THAT ONLY THE ABOVE ITEMS, MANUFACTURED BY NORTHROP GRUMMAN, WILL MEET ITS NEEDS. The small business size standard is 750 Employees in average annual receipts. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334290 - Other Communications Equipment Manufacturing. Any potential distributor, reseller, or other offeror/quoter shall submit their request for the RFQ to the Contracting Specialist, Ivy Furnace, via email at ivy.furnace@us.af.mil setting forth their complete company mailing address and Point of Contact, including phone number and email address within fifteen (15) days of this publication. Telephone requests or inquiries will not be accepted. Those interested firms must indicate whether they are a large, small, small-disadvantaged, 8(a) or women owned business and whether they are U.S. or foreign owned. NOTE: ANY QUOTE/QUOTATION RECEIVED, SOLELY AS A RESULT OF THE ISSUANCE OF THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE (SYNOPSIS) [and not the issuance of the Request for Quote], SHALL NOT BE CONSIDERED. An ESC Ombudsman has been appointed to consider and facilitate the resolution of concerns from offerors, potential offerors, and others for this acquisition. Before consulting the Ombudsman concerned parties should first address their concerns, issues, disagreements, and/or recommendation to the Contracting Officer for resolution. In addition, AFFARS 5352.201-9101, Ombudsman, will be included in this acquisition's solicitation and contract.
