- AAC/PKOB, Eglin AFB, FL, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for BreakingPoint Chassis, Systems Operating software, and Essential training to BreakingPoint Systems, Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). This requirement is for: CLIN 0001: (1 EACH) HARDWARE - BREAKINGPOINT CHASSIS W/ONE (1) GIG 8-PORT BLADE CLIN 0002: (1 EACH) SOFTWARE - APPLICATION AND THREAT INTELLIGENCE PROGRAM CLIN 0003: (2 EACH) ESSENTIALS TRAINING - 3 DAYS The delivery date will be 30 days from date of award. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 334111 with a small business size standard of 1000. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the government will consider all responses received within 15 days of publication. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
