- Revised Statement of Work (incorporated 3-15-2012) FA8501-12-R-0015-01 (Amendment Summary) Site Visit Attendee List Drainage Area RAFB Drainage Basin Topography Map Questions and Answers FA8501-12-R-0015 (Final Revision 3-15-2012) Solicitation Amendment (15 March 2012) The RFP is hereby amended. Please see attached "FA8501-12-R-0015 (Amendment Summary)" for details. The original RFP is being replaced by the amended version titled "FA8501-12-R-0015 (Final Revision 3-15-2012)." Please submit your proposals utilizing this revision, as it has all of the updates incorporated by amendment 1. As a result of this amendment, the proposal deadline is extended to 30 March 2012 at 4:00pm (est).
