- This solicitation is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/ and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/ While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. Small Business Set-Aside: This is 100% small business set aside and all responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. Proposers will be asked to indicate the size category (large, small, small-disadvantaged, etc.). Joint Certification Program required: The technical data package contains information that is restricted. Only businesses that have completed DD Form 2345 and have been certified by the Department of Defense, United States/Canada Joint Certification Office are allowed to receive the package. Additional information is available at http://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/ NSWC Crane Division plans to enter into a 3-year Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for a Build-To-Print AN/ALQ-184 Backplane P/N G386063-5 to be built in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and drawings. The Government requires a minimum/maximum quantity of 1 / 4 backplanes. Also required is first article testing within twenty-two (22) weeks after award/completion. A solicitation will be available at FedBizOpps and at NECO and no hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed. Submitting a bid from the NECO website by clicking on Submit Bid does not guarantee offers will be received by the proper person in the correct format. It is the responsibility of the offeror to submit offers to the Point of Contact (POC) at NSWC Crane. The POC is Ms. Kathy Gaither, Code CXMN WJ at Tel: (812)854-8482 or email kathy.gaither@navy.mil. Reference the above solicitation number when responding to this notice. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor FedBizOpps and /or NECO for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
